create vba to move/copy folders to psf file

Hello,

Can anyone direct me to some vba code to copy folders (Calendar, Contacts,
Task, Notes) to a designated psf file?

There are a bunch of samples to do that at http://www.outookcode.com. Search for "copy pst" or something like that.
