create wbook from TEMPLATE wbook

Assuming i have template.xls in c:\test\
I open wbook MASTER_INPS.xls.
Into thi wbook MASTER_INPS.xls is present a sheet TABELLA.
Into column A of TABELLA are present many value.

Is possible to filtre based TABELLA column A, the value into column
of A.T. CAMPANIA, after the copy entire range filtred from A.T
CAMPANIA sheet, save in c:\test\ the realted TEMPLATE renemed with
name=name of criteria filtred for example: 4500_&date_of_system simila
4500_14112005.xls

Cicling this creation of new wbook for each value into TABELL
