Create webpages which automatically resize for different window

There are some sites, like microsoft itself, where when you change the window
size of the explorer, the website contents or the website page automatically
changes so that you view the entire page although the window is not
maximized. So you can view the full contents of the website no matter what
the window size. Can this be achieved with Microsoft Publisher 2007? If not,
how can the website be amended to include this feature? Appreicate your help.

Publisher produces fixed width, absolute positioned pages. There is no way
to get a variable width page. If you want that, move to a different program.

You can center the pages in 2007 if you want, but it requires editing the
html code each time you update your pages. If you want instructions on that,
either post back or simply read down through the last few weeks of
posts...this is a FAQ.
