Createadobepdf reload in word w/ windows XP

upgraded to windows XP, now MSWord opens with the error
statement saying that it can't access the pdf monitor and
to "reload createAdobePdf. Word works ok except that most
fonts won't appear on the screen. How do I reload what
program?
