Created a new task in PWA shows wrong date (Weekend)

We are using MS Project EPM 2003 with PWA.
(Project server working time 8:30-17:30 Mon - Fri, with 1h lunch break
12-13:00.)

We found the problem when a resource "Create a new task" from PWA ie. 2 days.
If the task start on Fri, it finish on Sun instead of Mon. However when PM
accepted the task to MS Project, the task shows correct date in MS Project.
It seems our PWA recognized Sat and Sun as working day. And it seem PWA
working time is 8-17:00; while in MS Project the working time is 8:30-17:30.

How can we config our PWA to recognize Mon - Fri 8:30-17:30 working time
that was set in MS Project 2003 Server?

I'm guessing that the issues you are seeing is because PWA does not have
access to a scheduling engine, and therefore does not bother looking at any
calendars before creating the task. It would appear to be a limitation of
PWA 2003 (ie by design im MS terms). As you say, when MSProject opens the
task, it is scheduled correctly, as it has the scheduling engine built in.
