Sorry. Your reply simply does not make any sense.
As I explained, the address book interface was never intended for
printing
of Contacts no matter what you may think. The link I posted explains
all
that in detail and gives you the existing options for printing of
Contacts.
Your second post claims to be about an "empty" address book--a
completely
different matter. It is so poorly described that no one can tell what
the
problem is. Your first post about the address book describes a normal
situation: each Contact folder you create will be listed separately in
the
address book view--always has been that way, always will. Still can't
tell
what your question is.

The ARGUMENTATIVE and CONFRONTATIONAL attitude you customarily
display in
your answers is patently disgusting.
The question was posed clearly and divided into related subsets with
additional data added later. Parts 2 & 3 were clearly intended to
preserve
the data as it now exists before going further.
Your first reply is apparently blatantly WRONG:
Office.microsoft.com/assistance... spells out how to print an address
book.
However, in this instance it does not work apparently due to HOW the
contact
list was created from the existing address book.
Your task is simply to investigate and pass on the steps required to
fix
whatever is wrong in a manner that can be easily understood by anyone
reading
the post. It shall require more than flip answers.
In the event that you are unable to fathom this concept, KINDLY
ESCALATE
this to someone who can.

Not helpful!
Not only is the address book empty but the TO: in a message is
also
empty.
There must be some way to put the contacts in both places
Thanks

The address book views were never intended for printing. You
print
from
Contact Folders and there are a number of ways you can print
Contact
information:

1. Outlook 2003 was working properly. Created a new contact
list
with
grouped
folders i.e. ATT [folder is empty] sub folders abc, LLC, def,
LLC
etc.
have
data
Click on address book= Outlook Address Book--No entries in this
address
book
Click on down arrow=full list of contacts but each contact
folder
must
be
clicked on individually to display the entries
We have followed prior post answers without success
2. How can I print a list of all e-mail addresses? Nothing in
help/posts
has
worked
3. How can I print a list of all contact information? "
