created schedule of flights and hotels

....I have several people to arrange travel and accommodation for to coincide
with meetings globally and it would help with a template of sorts, as plans
change at a day's notice, making it difficult to keep track - a template
would help?

It probably help would but you may never fnd someone else who has the
same/similar needs to yours. Make yourself a template and then think about
submitting it to Microsoft just in case someone else needs something
similar.
