Hello. In My Timesheet, tasks are supposed to be “clickable†and the user
should be able to drill down to the details. We have noticed that for some
projects, they are not able to do so anymore for timesheets created in the
past.
Non clickable tasks are in a powder blue color, clickable tasks are in a
dark blue color and will look like a hyperlink.
Can someone explain why this is and how to correct the situation?
Also, can submnitted and approved time within My Tasks be removed? The task
history shows that the resource submitted something, but the history shows a
blank line item...not even zeros. Please assist. We think time is being
deleted from the system.
