Created TOC and saved to HTML but links look silly...

Hi,

I have a TOC like this done in word with numbered lists:

1. asdasd
2. asdasd
3. asdasd
4. asdasd
4.1. asdasd
4.1.1. asdasd
4.1.2. asdasd
4.1.3. asdasd
4.1.4. asdasd
4.1.5. asdasd
4.2. asdasd
4.2.1. asdasd
4.2.2. asdasd
4.2.3. asdasd

But strangely, when I save them to HTML Filtered, word auto-magically links
those to #_Toc88259050 like I see them as ...../asdasd.htm#_Toc88259050 on
my web browser.

The question is:

How do I make word to set hyperlinks to those documents like #4.1.3 instead
of #_Toc88259050. I have several pages that link to this help document with
links like #4.1.3 etc.
