Creating 3 seperate checklists by checking form fields containing

I'm looking to create 4 checklists for my document. The checklists are
designed for morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight. The document that I
currently have is a master document with 106 subdocuments each containing a
scheduled time. I would like to have a script to place the title and time of
each subdocument into the corrdinating checklist.

Example:

Title: Process 1
Time: 6:00 AM

Both the title and time are fields that can be extrapolated into the
corrisponding checklist. I know that I will have to create bookmarks for each
title and time, but I need the VB script to make it work.

Any help would be appreciated. If you have any additional questions, please
let me know.

The master document version in Word is broken and best avoided, or you will
lose your document eventually.
