Creating 802.11b WLAN application

Iam trying to develop an application which will try to send /recieve data
using WiFi 802.11 WLAN network.
for Pocket PC 2002 on Windows CE.
Windows CE does not have inbuilt support for 802.11, 802.11 card can be used
with Pocket PC 2002.
Can anyone guide me which API's i can use within my application to
send/recieve data using 802.11 WLAN network?
