creating a backup of mdb at the end of day to separate file

Hi-
I was wondering if someone could tell me what to do.
Currently, I have a db that is accessible to several
departments - the shared file on the server controls db
security essentially.
At the end of day I want to backup that db (at around the
same time- 10pm)into another file -- the purpose is if
anyone somehow contaminates the db I can at least
recover from the night before. IS that possible?
