Creating a Blank Web Page in Themes

Russell

I received such great advice last week, so I have one more question.

Is it possible to create a blank web page within a FP theme web and suppress
the banners and all links just for that one page? I use FP2002. Have tried
to delete the banners, links, etc. but of course it deletes these for all the
pages in the web (which we do not want to do). I am trying to create a blank
"your order has been processed page" that will be linked to a secure hosted
payment gateway. The gateway pulls the page from my website but is unable to
display our website's FP banners/links, so I must create an "accepted order"
page (without the FP theme) and add a separate link on that page so customers
can then link from our "accepted order" page displayed on the secured gateway
back to our website. Hope that made sense!

If I understand you correctly, open the page and choose Format, Theme.
Select "none" and check the choice for this page only (or selected page
only) and apply. This will remove the theme for that page.

Dave -

I was able to remove the theme, but our logo and one of the links located in
the top border are still displayed. When I try to delete them, of course
they are deleted from all the other web pages too (which we don't want to
do). Is there any way to delete the text and links in the top border so the
page is completely blank?

With the specific page open, go to Tools | Format | Shared Border and disable the shared border for
the page.
