Creating a bowling scoresheet

I'm trying to figure out the best way to take a game of bowling and add it up
to find the right score. I'm trying to do this on a form. For example:

Frame 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th
Mark X 8/ X 6- X X 9/
Scoring 20 40 56 76 105 125

If someone could point me in the right direction I would be greatly
