Creating a cd startup disk

Can anyone please tell me how to create a startup disk in Mac OS 9.2

Get hold of Mac OS 9.2 and hit F1, I s'pose. If you don't get an answer, hit
it harder.

This newsgroup is to do with a specific Microsoft product. They're a company
which sells their own software.

Hey Grasshopper,

My dog has a missing paw, left rear I think (unless it's head is missing too).

So I went and asked my bank about it, but they didn't seem to know anything
about dogs. Or paws. They did offer me some money to buy a new paw, which was
nice. They even said they didn't mind if I spent it on a carpenter! (I guess
they meant a prosthesis paw).

Well, "missing" I thought, so off to the police I went. They were very
sympathetic, but they didn't have any missing paws. (thinking now about it, if
they had then it would not have been "missing"). Then they asked <sheesh!>
"Are you sure you have a dog? If you don't, then maybe that could explain why
the paw is missing".

Now, (I may have forgotten to mention this). This all happened whilst I was
trying to do a Microsoft Access Setup Config. So I would like to ask here in
this newsgroup if anyone knows about my missing dog's paw.
