creating a chart from multiple sheets.....

Does anyone know how to create a chart from multiple
sheets? What I am trying to accomplish only requires 2
cells from each sheet. For example, if there are sheets
1-5, and in each I only need cells B2 and D59. B2 is the
name of a person and D59 is the rating received. I am
trying to measure across the board how one person is
doing versus the other. Or is this easier to just copy
the data to a single sheet and create the chart from
there? This will be a monthly report I want to
generate.
