Creating a chart with subtotals

I am trying to create a chart from a data list that has been
subtotalled using the Excel DATA/SUBTOTALS feature. The main problem I
have is that when I do this, my list of items all have "COUNT" after
the name. This makes the chart look scruffy. Is there any way to
overcome this?
