Creating a Church Bulletin????

The alleged "Office Assistant" or at least the help topic for 'Newsletter'
should have assisted with:

9 sheets of 11 X 14 paper.
Landscape orientation.
18 printed (two sided) pages in CORRECT sequence with page numbers,
beginning at page 2.

Are there any other programs in Office 2000 Professional that can be used to
create a church bulletin?
