Creating a command button to activate outlook, after applying a filter

I have set up an access form that, amongst the fields, has email
addresses. I have tried, and so far failed, to set up a command button
that will either open outlook with the email addresses from running a
filter in the "To" field, or create an exportable list of the
addresses after having run a filter. I've really hit a brick wall on
this one and would really appreciate any advice.
