Creating a consolidated file from Project Server 2003

We have a few unexpected results from Project Server. When we select
multiple files in PWA Center to create a consolidated project file. We get
multiple occurances of a file and wrong project names on others. What could
cause these conditions. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Additionally some files selected from PWA didn't appear in the consolidated
project file. ANyone have any suggestions?
