Creating a Custom Project Guide

Hi

I am hoping someone can help me as I am trying to create a custom project
guide to capture the custom outline codes for the project, so that this
information can be easily completed by the user.

I am using Project in a standalone environment at current and have set the
outline codes up on loading MS Project through vba, but therefore they do not
display in project information, so I though a project guide would be an
appropriate method.

I have XP SP2 installed on my machine and therefore the custom links in the
project guide do not work, I have tried hard coding these without any luck
does anyone know of any deatiled resources on how to do this, I have checked
out msdn, and I have followed the instructions to no avail.
