Creating a dialog box in Word

I am trying to create a dialog box for a form I am creating. However the standard Fill-In field is not reallt what I am wanting. I do not want the user to enter text. I simply want a Dialog box to display that says. "Please sroll to the Actin Items sections and fill in the appropriate information." I do not want the user to enter any text in the dialog box.
