Creating a Distribution List

When attempting to add contacts to a distribution list,
after about 3 different entries I receive the following:

OUTLOOK has caused and invalid page fault in module
HBCORESRV.DLL at 0167:0226dc0d.

What is causing this? How can I correct it?
