Creating a document workspace in Word 2007

I am trying to create a document workspace in Word 2007 and wanted to know
the process of creating one there and how I add the officelive workspace site
as a trusted site in Internet Explorer 7 or 8 in order to create the
workspace. Thanks.

I have added workspace.offic.live.com and spaces.live.com as trusted sites
and I would think they operate off of sharepoint server. I still get a
message in the Document Management task pane under document workspace to
contact site administrator after entering URL and the Word document I'm using
for example.
