creating a drop down list in a table cell

I am creating an order form in Word. I need to format
table cells with drop down boxes and options and a
command scroll button to the right or left of the drop
down box.How do I insert a drop down box list and have
the button scroll the options for the user?

I do not believe that all of what you mention is possible, though maybe it's
a case of terminology.
