Creating a drop-down list

I would like to create a drop down with a limited number of choices based on
another cells selection. I have 11 sheets that will need the same formula.
I have found examples that create named lists but I am not sure if this is
what I want to do.

My problem sheets have a "unit type" drop down list (C8) and another sheet
"Info" has a list of unit types with a zone column. There are multiple zones
for any given unit type.

I guess my question is what is the best way to give the user a drop down.
