Creating a field based on other fields

Hi there

I have two separate fields - physical address and postal
address. I then have another field which asks which
address mailouts should be sent to: Mail to. I want to
be able to create another field based on the mail to
field where if the Mail to field says Postal is puts the
Postal address in the 4th field and if it says Physical
is put the Physical address in the 4th field. Please help
