Creating a font collection?

I'm just getting started w/ Office 2008. A friend managed to create her own personal font collection (in the Font menu), and populate it with the fonts she wanted. But now she can't remember how she did it! Is it really possible? There is *nothing* anywhere, in Help or anywhere online that I can find, about this. Help?

Use Font Book, which you can find inside your Applications folder. You can
create font collections just as you would create song collections in iTunes,
and these collections will show up in Word automatically. Note that these
changes will only be visible upon relaunch.

Michel,

Thanks for the info! Actually, after posting my question, I went back at the problem, and discovered Font Book on my own (which is one positive function of posting messages, right?). I should have canceled my post, but didn't get back to it: sorry!

I've looked at Font Book, but it didn't seem too useful in the past. Now that Word is incorporating its collections into the Font menu, I'll be paying more attention!
