Creating a form - only the text fields will print?

I have a preprinted form that is four part carbonized paper. We would like
to create a form in Word that can be filled out and printed; however, we want
only the form fields to print - not the actual form.

Can this be done so that the form is complete on the screen, but only the
text boxes that were filled in would print? If not, can it be done in Excel?

Thank you for your help.

There is a "Print data only for forms" setting on the Print tab of Tools |
Options. It's a per-document setting.

Thank you tremendously, I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to.

And thanks for the quick response.
