I need step by step instructions to creat a form that had these elements set
up in this order:
Header: Page number
Name of Report Zone
Body: First Name Last name Remarks :
Address Line 1, Address Line 2 Type:
City, State, Zip Code Share:
Customs-
recieving:
1.5 line spacing between recipients
black line medium weight Line
Share Count : Customs Count:
Total Baskets:
The formatting questions:
The report sort criteria is going to be Zone, in each zone there could be
anywhere from 1- 30 name, address phone etc... data
How do you set up so that each new zone starts a new page and inserts as
many recipients as needed on however many pages until the next zone?
Type will be the feed to share count and there is always only 1 share
Customs- recieving feeds the Customs count
Total baskets is the total of shares & customs for this zone
