Creating a Form

I have opened Infopath 2003 and I do not see the option to create a form. Do
I need to get additonal access to be able to create one?

Mindy,
As I recall there is a way to install Infopath 2003 in a "Entry Only" mode
however the details of this escapes me at the moment. I would suggest
speaking to your adminstrator and see if they can redeploy IP for you. If
you installed IP yourself then I would suggest trying to re-install
