Creating a gradient background

D

Deb

I would like to create a gradient backgroud like the one on my existing web
site (www.a2bhomeinspections.com, which I did in Publisher). I went to the
htmlgoodies site and found some colours but nothing to create the gradient
effect and to tone down the colours. I see in the themes there are
background but I can't change the colours to our colours.

Second part of this question is how would I make the background appear on
all pages I create. I guess I want to create my own theme.

I'm using FrontPage 2002, I'm a newbee and completely lost.

Thanks Andrew, is Corel Draw an acceptable graphics editor for doing this
kind of thing? I have Corel and do know how to create such an image but I
don't want to waste time if this is not a good way to go. Also what is the
best format to save this. .gif, .tif, .jpg?????

Many thanks,
Deb
