Creating a help file

I would like to create a Help file for several Word
templates I'm working on which will give instructions to
the users on how to complete the template, how to use
styles, and also be able to copy and paste from the Help
file into different sections of the template.

I have 10-15 categories to build into the help file which
I would then like to have as a pull down menu so that the
user can view and select the section he's interested in
reviewing.
