Creating a Library MDB - Secure

Hi Folks - once again in need of the best minds in Access VBA!

I'd like to create a library MDB containing supplementary Table / Forms /
Modules / Queries and Reports, in a secure MDB (using my current MDW file),
and call the contents from my secure App. I have a couple of questions:

1. Can a library be secure and still feed a Secured App?

2. How can I set the reference to the library in the secured app, or at
least refer to the external MDB in code to show the Forms and run the
reports etc?
