Creating a list

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I want to create a data list of 3 columns (Name, phone number, email address). I want to be able to type each name in another wok sheet and automatically insert the phone number and email address with out having to re-type each time. Is this possible?

Hi Anthony -

You'll need to be more specific about your objective. There may be a way to
accomplish it, but you can't simply have something "auto-magically" appear
in one cell based on what you type into just any other cell elsewhere.

You can use formulas which will look up the phone numbers & email addys, but
the formulas need to be I place. There may be a different approach to
consider in order to handle the task.

I have a list of about 800 freelancers with their name, phone number and email address. When I put together a show I have about 30 of those freelancers that will be on each crew. I will put those 30 names on a sheet and send it with the paper work for the show. I would like to type in their name and have the phone number and email address follow.
