Creating a Logo for a Small Business

I would like to create a logo for my small business. While I understand that
I am not permitted to use ClipArt in creating a logo for commercial purposes,
are there legal implications or ramifications for using WordArt and Microsoft
Word's font library to create a logo?

It depends on the EULA. I don't know what Word's EULA has to say on this,
but Publisher has specific tools designed to help you create a logo.
