Creating a macro in Access that links tables

I am using MS Office 2003 and I need to create a macro in Access that links
to an Excel workbook. I haven't used macros in Access very much and am not
sure if this is possible through a macro. I would like to be able to do this
so that my users could just click a button and the linking would happen
automatically. Thanks!

JKB,

You used to be able to do this using a TransferSpreadsheet action in
your macro, with the Transfer Type argument set to Link. Without
testing, I am not sure that this is possible anymore, since a legal
situaltion has restricted the ways in which Access can connect to Excel,
so you may need to try it out.
