creating a macro or template for mail merge

Hi. We routinely do mail merge letters and all of our
data sources are set up in the same way. I am wondering
if there was a more efficient way (other than selecting
merge fields for the inside address every single time) of
incorporating the address block into the letter. I guess
what I am asking is . . . is there a way via a macro or
template to set up the address block merge fields the way
you always want it to be ?

Unfortunately, you don't mention which version of Word is
involved, here.

Have you considered setting up a AutoText entries containing
the merge field combinations you reuse regularly?
