How do I create a mailing list in Entourage. I saw the mailing list option but that appears to be something else.

I want to create a list where I an put several email recipients on the list thus only using the list name in the send to field rather than having to type in a bunch of addresses time and time again.

How do I create a mailing list in Entourage. I saw the mailing list option but
that appears to be something else.

The Mailing List Manager is used to move incoming mail to folders from
mailing lists.

I want to create a list where I an put several email recipients on the list
thus only using the list name in the send to field rather than having to type
in a bunch of addresses time and time again.

Open the Address Book in Entourage. You want to create a new group. Add the
members to the group and assign the group name as a category to every
contact. Entourage does not export groups and this way you'll never loose
your group members.

Address the email with the name of the group.

Tip: If you start all groups with the name "group" it's easy to enter the
address. The autofill will show all groups to select from.
