Creating a master list of all distribution lists

I neglected to select "Yes" when asked if I wanted to save
a new contact as a Small Business Customer Manager.
Because of this, I suspect, there does not seem to be an
all-inclusive Master List of all contacts in my address
book (in Outlook, not Outlook Express). Is there any way
to undo the process and create a Master List which
precedes any sub-groupings? I can do it one at a time,
but this is very time consuming (I have over 500
contacts). Can it be done collectively in just a few
steps?

All your contacts should be in your Contacts folder. My recollection (which
could be faulty) is that even SBCM stores them there, but with a different
Outlook form.

I don't understand how distribution lists enter this scenario at all.
