Creating a new custom action for Rules and Alerts

Hi!

I'm very new to Outlook and VBA programming. Could you guys please give me
some hints on how to create a new custom action for "Rules and alerts" in
Outlook 2003?
I want to create a new rule that will automatically save attachemnts to a
specified folder if the "From" tag contains a specific sender.
