Creating a new DIP

I am trying to create a customised DIP. Have used infopath to do this. I have
published the completed DIP in a trusted source as per word options: however
when I try to associate the new form in my DIP I get the following error
message:

The Document Information Panel template cannot be opened because it was
published to the local computer or an Internet or untrusted site. Install or
publish the template to a local intranet or trusted site and then try again.

Can any one help please
