Creating a new measure in OLAP cube

We have been trying to get task count into OLAP cube as a measure for
couple of weeks and still going nowhere. I would really really
appreciate if you could help us resolve the problem.

We have several ticketing plans with data being entered in following
format in the plans. Each resource who works in support has his/her own
plan and the data is entered through Project Pro.


Service Code ( Task Outline Code) Work Actual Work Done
------------------------------- ----- --------------------

Create NT login 8 hrs 2 hrs
Take System backup 2 hrs 7 hrs
Create NT login 8 hrs 10 hrs
Rest Password 8 hrs 2 hrs
Rest Password 8 hrs 3 hrs
Rest Password 8 hrs 4 hrs

The Support manager wants the data from OLAP cube in following format

Service Code ( Outline Code) Count Work Actual Work Done
---------------------------- ------ ----- --------------------
Create NT login 2 16 12
Take System backup 1 2 7
Rest Password 3 24 9

I am able to get Service Code as a dimension in the cube by mapping it
to resource outline code and transferring data through a macro but I am
not able to get the count as measure in the cube. I was trying to made
count as outline code and populating it with "1".

How do I get count measure and the cube ? The count should be able be
count the Service Codes in all the plans.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
