Creating a new One Note

This must be a basic question, but I can't find the answer:

How do I create a new "One Note"?

I always am using the same "One Note" -- which is now filled up with
notebooks and sections and pages.

I want to start with a new "One Note" with all new notebooks, sections and
pages (and none of the old ones). Can this be done? How do I do this?

In ON 2007 File>>New>>Notebook then you can choose from the list of
notebook types.

You can close notebooks. If you want a new "One Note", then close them all.
