Creating a new profile

I am currently staying with my parents and want to create a new profile for
Outlook 2007 using Windows Vista so that I can sync my Palm Treo 750 with
outlook without disrupting my parents outlook.

When I created a new user all the programs were different. I only want a
fresh outlook to sync my palm with whilst keeping all programs. Is there an
easy way to do this and if so, would you be so kind to tell me.
