Creating a new Project View vs. Project Center View

What is the difference? I can clearly see how to access the Project
Center, but not "Project" within PWA. Could someone please clear this
up for me?

When you click on the blue hyperlink for a project in the Project Center
view, the system displays a detailed Project view for the selected project.

Thanks. Makes sense, but why the heck didn't they call it "Task view"
or something

Because it is not a task view. It is a complete view of the project, thus,
a Project view. Hope this helps.
