Creating a new sheet from two others

I have two spreadsheets (call them A and B), each with a list of names and other related info. All listings in A are found in B, but not all listings in B are found in A (so B is bigger). I need to create a new list (call it C) which contains B-A. Can I do this with Excel functions?

first paste list A to the bottom of B be sure the data
colums match then sort data by name this will put your
duplicates next to each other then delete the duplicates.
