Creating a new SSP

Hi there

I'm new on Project Server and Microsoft world, and trying to make a
"medium" farm instalation, but after three days hitting the same
problem, i can really use some help.

Here's the deal:

The instalation has 3 machines:

m1: IIS + WSS + PWA
m2: PS + Central Administration
m3: SQL Server 2005 Standart

and a domain controller, accounts are in a AD.

I installed the 3 systems without any kind of errors on event or
project server logs on either one of the machines, i can create the
web applications without no problems, a web application for users on
m1 and another for SSP admin on m2.

When i create the SSP, i get the message tell that SPP ws created, but
when i try to access the ssp admin i get an error from IE saying
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Again no errors on
logs, at least that i can see it.

Have you got the web application service running on M1 and M2 or just M1.

If the load balanced URL of the SSP is the netbios name of M2 and the web
application service is not running on M2, then you won't be able to browse to
it.
