Creating a new task for an Admin Project from PWA

I cannot find any documentation on whether or not you can create a new task
in an Administrative Project from the PWA. All of my testing indicates that
you cannot but I'm hoping someone can confirm my findings one way or the
other.

Your testing is correct. Team members cannot create new tasks in an
Administrative project. If you need them to be able to do this, I would
recommend that you use a regular project that functions like an
Administrative project for this purpose. Hope this helps.
