Creating a new theme

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel

All the help and forum information I read say's to go to Formatting Palette and then save the new theme using "Document Theme." I have NO Document Theme anywhere! Any ideas?

The Document Theme panel of PPT's Formatting Palette of the Toolbox is the
second panel from the top - directly beneath the Font panel. If you have
anything selected on a slide the Document Them Panel will be near the bottom
of the Formatting Palette. No offense, but make sure you are actually
looking in the Formatting Palette ‹ the Toolbox comprises 7 Palettes.

If it actually isn't appearing there for you, click the bent arrow button at
the right end of the Toolbox Title Bar (regardless of which Palette it's
displaying) & tick the checkbox for Document Theme in the "Show Panels:"
